there isn't anything wrong in log.txt file, from what I know it is probably a Zengine core bug where textures refuses to be loaded even though there is enough RAM for them to be loaded. It happened to me only once in a modification called New Balance never in Chronicles of Myrtana.
If it were to occur without renderer those textures would be white, the difference is because GD3D11 assume that every drawcall have set correct texture(because of that it reuse previously set texture). I'm trying to fix it for a long time however since I can't reproduce it, it isn't that easy.
