i have problem, i killed Gayden (stone puma) mini-boss, and the portal next to it is not active, and the pedestal cant be activated too.

The stone cougar must have an item to activate the portal. If nothing is activated then try rebooting and try again.

hey, tried to reload previous save, diddnt work, killed the cougar and he just drop his eye, skin and other stuff but nothing to activate the portal, please help.

Really need some tips. Maybe is there another way to teleport to Ashtar dragon location?

No, there is no other way. Probably you have a scripting bug. You can try to load the save before visiting Yarkendar and check with cheats

Maybe i can use marvin to somehow cheat my way there? Or if there is some scripts i can update?because soo many wasted hours.
