I have some feedback about this topic (excuse my English - I don't speak Russian and I want to join in on the discussion).
I do not hate the idea of Chapter 7, but I think (and have always thought) that the execution in Returning 2.0 (and AB and NB and NB final update

) Here are the key issues in my opinion:
- The island after Irdorath but before Chapter 7 actually begins
- The quest with orc patrons to make them vulnerable
- The Sleeper quest and boss fight
What is good, however, is that it partly is a way to have fun with your powerful character killing hordes of mobs and that the final battle is quite epic.
If it was possible, I would be strongly for slightly redesigning the chapter and making it shorter and smoother (quite like in Guilds 1.6 for example - you get the army, get the gods' powers, kill Guardians twice and you're good to go

)
Otherwise, I don't think it makes sense to fully remove it right now. The game would feel weird without that whole piece of content that has been there since pretty much the beginning of Returning. If anything, leaving those parts optional through Gothic.ini maybe would be cool. But again, I would strongly be for redesigning it a bit and deleting some of the content, but not all of it.
