В процессе Vatras Diary: Rhetoric level

Hi guys! I'm trying to retrieve the diary of Vatras from Ramirez
.First I talked with Cassia, and with 20 Rhetoric she said to me that the diary is in possession of Ramirez
.Now came the fun part. I tried with 20 / 25 / 30 even with 40 Rhetoric but the only dialogue with Ramirez is paying 100gold or denying and get nothing
Here in the forum

1. Magical diary

it says that you need 25 Rhetoric to get it for free. But how
? It's not for the 100 gold, but I don't wanna miss the rhetorical bonus (if there is one as with Cassia )

Where's the problem? Thank you

Присоединялся к гильдии воров мирно или нет? Если сдавал воров ополчению и убил Атиллу, то дневник только выкупать у Рамиреза. Через риторику забрать можно только при мирном вступлении, если никого не посадил в тюрьму.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I forgot to save on different saves at the start and imprisoned Rengaru after his thief on Jora
.I'll keep in mine for next run
Just a question, when I need to check some mission I usually look here:

That one is the most updated version (at least to my knowledge).
