To use the various versions of Beliar's Claw and upgrade them with Senyak's soul, we must spend a staggering 60,000 gold (to acquire the necessary 600 karma points with Beliar) and sacrifice 6 learning points—points that would normally be gained by defeating the boss holding Senyak's soul (3 points) and by destroying the Claw by handing it over to the dragon Ashtar (3 points). I wonder why—despite such a massive investment, both financial (600 karma points equate to 60,000 gold) and in terms of the 6 learning points required to upgrade the weapon we can still find better weaponry that deals more damage and is available for free. Given the enormous cost in gold and learning points needed to use and upgrade this weapon, I believe that the versions of Beliar's Claw infused with Senyak's soul should undoubtedly be the best weapons in the entire game.
