No, but you can do Torlof and Kord quests.
1. Talk to Torlof and choose quest where you will fight with militia.
2. Ask Kord for a help and take his quest.
3. Don't forget to talk to Baltazar
4. Run to Dexter and ask about Patrik
5. Do Torlof quest (don't forget to ask about Baltazar)
You should do all of that steps in a one day.
After all (important!) first talk to Torlof and than to Kord

I wanted to do it exactly in this order, only I made one mistake. Before I went to Onar's farm, I was at Bengar's and fulfilled his quest where you have to kill the wolf, and then I went to Onar's farm and when I received from Torlof Drive the home defense, Torlof shows me a dialogue that the quest is completed and Cord me therefore it will not help. That's why I asked if it is possible to complete both Torlof's quests in 1 chapter, but probably not.
