В процессе Second level of lock picking

Hello, I just got to Tamora and I'm wondering when Sven will teach me level 2 lock picking. I have the necessary skills but Sven doesn't teach lock picking yet.

When will he teach it please?

Sven will teach you levels 2 and 3 after completing the quest "The Man in the Dungeon" on the ship, if you didn't rat him out during the swamp weed trade.

The requirements for picking the chest are:
Required skill
level Lockpicking 1 Easy Locks 1
level Lockpicking 2 Sturdy Locks 101
level Lockpicking 3 Heavy Locks 151
level Lockpicking 4 Security Locks 201
level Lockpicking 5 Special Locks 251
