В процессе Screen flickering

Hello again, comrades. Please, I have a small technical problem.

While loading the game, the image is slightly clicking and it also happens while playing. I can play with it, but it bothers me and I don't know why it's happening to me.

At the moment, I have scripts with February 11 because I play with Czech and Czech hasn't been updated since February 11. Before that, it didn't happen to me at all and it only happens to me with New Balance. I also use dx11 and the winter texture pack, but as I said, there was no problem before that.

Do you know what the problem could be? I also updated the graphics card drivers yesterday.

@MartinMH, переводчик перевёл наверно не совсем корректно, но, если я правильно понял, речь идёт о небольших задержках (фризах) при отрисовке отображения. Попробуй включить/выключить вертикальную синхронизацию в настройках DX11.

@MartinMH, Try playing with this fix; it might help if you have the same problem as me. Install in Gothic\System\Autorun

Thank you both but unfortunately neither of them helped. I also recorded my problem via Gamebar but when I played the video the problem was not visible there.

But the problem is as DarkSide says. I will try reinstalling dx11 and maybe that will help

So the problem wasn't in dx11 because it started happening to me even when I played a video. 90% sure it was the NVidia driver that was offered to me yesterday so I installed the previous one and the problem is solved.
