What conditions should I meet for Creole to teach me the language of demons? Now I cannot teach it and I know why.

@struty, in order for a line to appear in the dialogue from Creole, the quest must be taken from Tegon (the keeper).

Conditions for study (only one thing):

1. The Hand of Beliar achievement
2. 400 Karma Beliar
3. 20,000 gold coins

@Don Puh, @zordard, But I took the quest from Tegon, spoken with Xardas and next I talked with Creol about the language of the demons and it didn't't appear the dialougue with teaching of the language.
That's why I ask about it because maybe something changed for the last month.

I teleported to Khorinis and then back to Creole, and a dialogue with learning a demon language appeared. When I entered the conversation with Creole again, the dialogue was gone.
Something's not right here.
I learned the language of demons, but it's a strange thing.

A colleague from the forum had a similar situation with a bag of ore for Snake, he had to teleport to Khorinis and back three times. Only after the third time the place where magic ore was hidden appeared.
@Liker, I don't know if this is a game bug, but I just wanted you to know about it.
