As you can see in this video and on save, for some reason Geyser's scaling got broken and it deals different amount of damage every time I close inventory.
Also there's screen showing similar thing happened to big fireball rune. I don't know exactly it happened, but there's save, so maybe you will figure something out.

As I've noticed, it only happens on templar guardian with water mage aoe spells (it's broken on scrolls too, these screens are just example)
