В процессе Bandit Gold mine - Creeper max HP loss

In the bandit mine where you kill the crawlers to spawn Bloodwin, everytime I kill a creeper I loose -50 max HP and a message "It is too early for you". Where did I get stuck?

Okay, what if we first talk to the guards in front of the temple with the Raven and ask about the Bloodwin, and then to Scatty, and then to the guard in front of the lair with the crawlers.

Talked with Guard to trigger the quest, with Scatty, and then with Garad, but I think the order was Scatty, Garad, Temple guard
