Which one, exactly? The tablets listing the stats require knowledge of the builders’ languages. For combat stats, you need the language of warriors; for magical stats, the language of priests; and for basic stats like health and stamina, the language of peasants. They’re read on a special table—there’s one in Vatras’s house and in a few other places as well. If you're talking about the regular tablets that don't provide stats, you can safely trade them to Vatrus for mana; also, the merchant Erol needs three of these tablets for his quest.
