there is some information in this thread that is slightly outdated but generally correct.

Also, version 0.81 includes one new achievement.

And the list of all possible achievements (names only) is provided in diary, under the "My Achievements" topic.

Could you tell me how to get the "Safecracker," "Green Gourmet," and "Ambidextrous" achievements?
Those are the only ones I haven't managed to unlock while playing.

Safecracker - break 101 lockpicks while picking locks;
Green Gourmet - use 20 emerald experience crystals;
Ambidexter - demonstrate 30% or 30+% proficiency in one-handed and two-handed weapons to the mercenary Cord (excluding bonuses from equipped weapons, before joining a guild and before gaining his approval).
