Решено New balance - Problem with Vatras, main quest (innos's eye)

I need help fixing Vatras. The peasant has no dialogue option to talk him after getting Innos' broken eye. Xardas and Pyrokar have already sent to him. Bennet repaired the binding normally - I can't just initiate a quest to get a replacement for him. The first time this happened to me, and I have played many times. I don't know what could have caused this error. I would ask for any way to enter chapter 4 (and for Pyrokar to allow the amulet to be charged). Could be through GVE or Marvinhelper. However, it would be better if someone more experienced would take care of it. Split recording because the limit is 5MB. There is also a problem with earlier quicksaves. I have a lot of hours behind my own.

@Kuszu, Vatras waits for the news from Saturas. Go to Yarkendar, and return to Vatras. Not a bug

Oh shit. I don't know how it possible, but I sent fixed I have saves on 15 other slots and only on this one is the option to talk with Saturas,.. next Vatras and rest. I had to mix a lot with this save (and I don't know what) before sending it to the forum, but it works correctly - in later saves Saturas isn't working and I can't repair him.

Before you wrote back to me, I did some side quests, but I step back and continue from this backup. The bug was there but it was washed off xD

Anyway, thank you very much for the answer .
Without it, I would have continued and probably entered the 6th chapter with using bug metods and cheats to summon the needed npc on Irdorath which I would not like very much.
