Hi, i have a problem with 3 quests in new balance, I cant buy vatras notes from Ramizes as he does not have that dialogue option anymore, I cant hand in the Lehmar / Luthero document as i stole it before starting the quest and now cant hand it. And lastly i cant seem to get the bow from other thief in Khorinis, he just mentioned that it lays in some chest and has no more dialogue options. If all of the things were explained already or are working correctly then i apologize.

Firstly, you ask in the wrong section, this one is about Alternative Balance, not New Balance.
Secondly, you have three questions, one question - one topic.
Thirdly, three short answers: ask Cassia about the notes stolen from Vatras first; the document stolen from Lehmar is given to Luthero in the Gallahad`s quest; if we are talking about Bosper's bow, then it is in another room in the sewer in a chest.
