В процессе is there English translation of Magic Rebalance mod ?

Hello,

I have downloaded and installed gothic 2 NB latest version and the magic rebalance mod as shown in the videos in the forum, however all magic rebalance mod related items, entries and so on are in russian while the rest of the game is in english. Is there english version of the magic rebalance mod ? I did search in the forum but i did not find english version files. Can anyone help me please . Thanks in advance.
