@doc_nsk, в systempack.ini найдите строку ShowDebugWindow и поставьте там true, вместо false.
При запуске будет появляться окно консоли. Сделайте скриншоты или скопируйте текст и отправьте мне. Сделайте скриншоты папок Gothic/System/Autorun, Gothic/Data и Gothic/Data/Plugins. После этого можно вполне разобраться, что мешает.
